So, you know that in a template you can overide the display of the modules from a php file placed under 'your joomla site root/your template path/html/' called modules.php. If give the file a overview you will see somewhere in those 'modChrome' overiding functions something like this :

$module->content;

The only thing that you need to do is to replace that fragment of code with this :

$dispatcher = &JDispatcher::getInstance();
JPluginHelper::importPlugin('content');
$row->text = $module->content;
$results = $dispatcher->trigger('onPrepareContent', array(&$row, &$params, 0));
echo $row->text;

This code imports al the content joomla plugins, so if you have a video plugin you can make a video module easily.
